We work with a range of national and local charities and encourage enquiries from all areas of the country. We always try to place fundraisers with their charity of choice wherever possible, and encourage them to form strong links with the organisation.

• Action on Disability and Development: In the poorest countries of the world, lack of access to education, healthcare, transport, recreation, a livelihood, democratic decision, social inclusion and respect is an everyday reality for disabled people. ADD is a human rights charity that supports disabled people's organisations in Africa and Asia as they strive to find thier own answers to the problems they face. [website]
• Amnesty International is the biggest voluntary human rights organisation in the world, it is independent of any government, business, religion or political interest. It's purpose is to protect individuals wherever justice, fairness, freedom and truth are denied. This is done by speaking out against the abuse of our fellow human beings and pressuring the appropriate parties until change is brought about. [website]
• Friends of the Earth works towards the adoption of values, lifestyles and policies which would ensure a fair and sustainable future for everyone, whilst protecting the diversity and interdependence of all living creatures. [website]
• The Medical Foundation for the Care of Victims of Torture is an independent charity that provides care and rehabilitation to survivors of torture and other forms of organised violence. [website]
• Plan is a humanitarian, child-focused organisation working with families and their communities to meet the needs of children around the world. Non-political, and with no religious affiliations, Plan aims to build a better world for children, now and in the future. [website]
• Shelter believes everyone should have a home. We are the fourth richest country in the world, and yet millions of people in Britain wake up every day in housing that is run-down, overcrowded or dangerous. Many others have lost their home altogether. Bad housing robs us of security, health and a fair chance in life. We help 170,000 people a year fight for their rights, get back on their feet, and find and keep a home. We also tackle the root causes of bad housing by campaigning for new laws, policies and solutions. [website]

Our fundraisers receive ongoing training and support, regular reviews and seven weeks holiday per year.

Those fundraisers who show the necessary aptitudes will have the opportunity to progress into management. All the senior management team at Tim Lilley Fundraising have carried out fundraising appeals and we place great emphasis on the ongoing development of our staff.
